But here in big bazi i tried once they credited my account after 4 days so i stopped net banking method , mostly i use upi but again lately two of my payments are stuck .if i compare thr customer support to genesis casino they are not even near to them forget about competing ... Let's come to bonuses.They brag about live casino cashback of 10% trust me it fake ... I never got one i lost in lacks .... But when I tried to contact thr live chat and even mailed for the same ... Standard answer was if you qualify you get it ... I told them i lost 2 lakh inr between Friday till Sunday and you can check my transactions.. but as i said earlier robotic ... Nothing happened then i stopped asking ..
